The advantages

Modular rear base

The rear base has a 14mm adjustment range. This allows different belt configurations to be mounted or the length of the chain bases to be chosen.

Gearboxes

The Anakin V2 is equipped with the Effigear Original gearbox. To know more about it click here.

27,5", 29" or mullet

The rear wheel supports are interchangeable in order to change the size of the rear wheel without changing the bike's attitude.

Chain or belt

The Anakin is available in chain as well as in belt.

Adjustable travel

By changing the washer size on the Formula MOD shock, you can change the rear travel by choosing between 158, 164, 170 and 176mm. This allows you to choose how the bike should behave.

Aluminium 7000 series

The frame is made of 7020 T6 aluminum, a very resistant aluminum which offers the possibility of being re-weldable, the aluminum is thus repairable

The rest of the parts are made of 7075 T6 aluminum. It offers a very good mechanical resistance and allows to have light and rigid parts.

Durable and repairable

The Anakin is meant to be as durable as possible. All parts of the bike can be changed and will soon be available on our shop.

The vinyl stickers have been replaced by stickers that act as clearprotect and will protect your frames over time. The frames are now all anodized to protect them from possible corrosion so that they age better over time.

Finally, the use of an Effigear gearbox allows for increased durability of the transmission system.

The gearbox and the frame are made of 7020 T6 aluminum, a very resistant aluminum that offers the possibility of being re-weldable and therefore repairable.

Made in France

No more worries about supply or dependence on Asian markets: all Effigear gearboxes are designed and manufactured in France, in our workshops in Maclas, in the Loire.

Since 2022, just like Effigear gearboxes, Cavalerie Bikes frames have been certified "Origine France Garantie" by Afnor.

This is a first in the French bicycle industry and is the crowning achievement of Effigear's and Cavalerie's efforts to bring back the made in France cycle.
